I am a patient, insightful, and encouraging therapist with 20 years of experience in a variety of therapeutic settings. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with clients ages 16 years old up through the adult life span. Client issues I work with range from low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, OCD, couple's counseling (communication skill building), grief & loss, stress and anger management. As a cognitive/behavioral therapist, I thoroughly enjoy working with clients who have a wide variety of issues and concerns. Additionally, I am trained in life coaching and mediation.
