Figuring yourself out while the world keeps moving isn’t for the faint of heart. I work with adults navigating transitions like college, grief, burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, and a sense of self or identity, especially within the LGBTQ+ community. My experience in medical, school, universities, and outdoor settings taught me that support looks different for everyone. I firmly believe that everyone needs someone in their corner; it is what made me become a social worker.
