As we go through life it can become very challenging, overwhelming, and even scary. Sometimes we need emotional support to get us through the mishaps and worries of life. There is hope for our issues and problems we face. Working together we can bring about a connection of your thoughts, feelings, and behavior and help you understand your ability to bring peace and joy to your life. Sometimes change is hard but it takes strength and determination from you to make those changes. It takes courage to want to change and ask for help. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, families, and couples. During my internship I worked with children and families at the Boys and Girls Club. I am fully icensed in the state of Missouri in which my therapy includes a variety of techniques, such as client centered, positive psychology, and cognitive behavior.
