Thank you for your interest in my therapy page, I'm glad you're looking into going. Whether you've gone before or it's the first time, it can be intimidating to take the first steps. In counseling my goal is to help you feel at ease and flow more easily with the transitions that happen throughout our lives. Come visit as you are working through changes, your relationship, anxiety or stress, struggling with depression, past trauma or self-esteem issues; whatever may keep you from alignment with your highest self. Through coaching and consultation, I also offer assistance with parenting, life strategies, and planning with students. Through my years as a counselor, consultant and mindful educator, I have experience across spectrums. I integrate techniques including talk therapy, narrative therapy, expressive arts, as well as tapping into our internal knowledge and somatic connections. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is a researched highly effective clinical modality
