Counseling is a big step and my goal is to make my clients feel welcomed and supported in a non-judgmental environment. Services offered include EMDR which is a treatment to help process trauma by bringing awareness to issues that may not have been dealt with. Counseling provided for mental health issues such as mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, domestic violence and abuse, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, self-harming and distorted thinking, marital and family conflict, to name a few. Populations served include children, teens and adults.
