Clients whom I've worked well with are often experiencing interpersonal struggles, mood disorders, anxiety, physical symptoms, and unhelpful behaviors that stem from earlier trauma. I've also worked with many clients who are struggling with issues such as stress, illness, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative, nonjudgemental, client-centered, relational, and respectful. Our work initially will be to develop a safe enough relationship in which to explore your vulnerabilities, strengths, needs, goals, and to improve and develop skills to support your healing and growth.
