Everyone is capable of healing, growth, and increased wellness. As a therapist I want to help individuals that are seeking to start (or continue) this journey towards a healthier state. Many obstacles arise in life, my job is to help you navigate the things that are getting in the way. Treatment goals are determined by each individual and so a variety of modalities and therapeutic approaches will be considered to create a therapy experience that is unique to your needs. I believe in skill development so that the improvements you make are lasting and within your power to continue to build upon. I have experience helping individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health disorders, complex trauma histories, and struggles pertaining to identity. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, adults, and teens.
