I am a multicultural and multilingual therapist who keeps it real. I’m trained in yoga and mindfulness and have experience working in high schools as well as clinics throughout NYC and NJ, bringing mindfulness on-the-go and helping people recognize the skills or techniques they need to move forward. As a first-generation American who grew up in a multicultural family, I integrate this perspective in helping others realize their unique goals and dreams. Together, we can explore and uncover topics such as personal development, emotions, facing your fears, oppression, anxiety, navigating relationships, and family issues.
