I am a licensed psychologist in NJ and NY and I have been working as a clinical psychologist for 13 years to improve my patients' quality of life, strengthen their relationships, and develop self awareness, emotional stability, and a positive sense of self. I welcome individuals, couples, and families, as well as young adults and adults. My patients often come to me seeking relief from stress, anxiety, and depression; I help them to develop better coping skills, mindfulness, and improved adjustment and communication skills.
