If you are looking for “fur pants” then you’ve found the right person! My name is Rosemary, and one of my former young clients would mistakenly call me her fur pants instead of her therapist. Working with kids can be so funny! With just that introduction, you probably already see I am different from most mental health providers with my straight talk and down to earth approach. I spent over 30 years working in schools as a teacher and school based therapist. Doing play therapy by using sandtrays, sensory toys, puppets, role playing, art therapy, games, and other experiential techniques is the best practice I know to help children.
