I tend to be a good fit for people who have tried therapy in the past, are skeptical about therapy, or their ability to change. I strive to create a safe, exploratory environment in sessions which is a catalyst for change. The people I work with are often tired of their life in its current state and ready to put in the work to achieve lasting change.
