Transitions from one life stage to another can be challenging. Anxiety, depression or feeling 'stuck' can get in the way of achieving ones goals and aspirations. Overcoming the obstacles that may be interfering with those goals is a primary focus of therapy. I have worked extensively with individuals who are struggling with understanding what is getting in the way of their success, which include emotional roadblocks, inattention, focus, purpose and identity. I have had extensive experience with young and older adults struggling with separation, executive functioning disorder and post career transitions.
