Especially the older teen, young adult, Gen X & Millenials - life is a journey that none of us are particularly prepared for & there comes a time when a caring ear & an outside professional perspective can truly help. life happens - its how we cope with it that matters most! i work with common issues such as relationship stressors, family conflicts, school life issues, life changes, life planning, behavioral challenges, parenting stressors as well as adults struggling with career issues and in need of basic life coaching.
