Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and provide individual therapy aimed at healing emotional wounds, understanding oneself, and achieving one's potential. My experience has included working with teens through the lifespan with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, trauma and other challenging life transitions. I believe there is great value in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters support, safety, respect and trust.
