I work with trauma survivors and those facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions. When desired, I integrate faith-based principles and prayer. My approach blends CBT, person-centered, and psychoanalytic methods. Whether you are struggling silently or seeking renewal, I will meet you where you are with empathy, faith, and clinical care. Psychoanalysis serves to help people better understand themselves through the discovery of repressed unconscious thoughts and feelings that are often formed in childhood and embedded into one's character. It is thought to be based on the idea that our past often shapes our present and that unprocessed experiences can negatively influence our behavior.
