We all have struggles, problematic behaviors; it just looks different. Whether it is depression, any type of addiction, self esteem, it is all part of the human experience. We all want compassion, a listening ear, a different way of being. I have work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, anger and stress management, and addictions (just to name a few). I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I utilize evidence based treatment modes such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness.
