I am dedicated to helping individuals reach their potential and lead happy, enriching lives. I have always been touched and amazed by my clients' resiliency and their innate capacity for growth and change. I work with adults who are interested in a BODY BASED approach to achieve emotional regulation. My training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and psychoanalysis is very effective in addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and symptoms related to developmental trauma and PTSD.
