About

I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor, trained dance/movement therapist, and empowerment coach. Over the past fifteen years, I've worked with diverse populations in a number of different settings including community mental health, residential rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities. With extensive training in the treatment of trauma, I’ve had the honor of working alongside women, BIPOC, adult survivors, queer communities, immigrants, refugees, and survivors of state and non-state torture. These experiences inform how I show up, bringing care, humility, and unwavering respect for each person’s story.
