I specialize in working with youth and families, and use talk therapy, as well as Somatic Experiencing and Synergetic Play Therapy, both body-based modalities, to facilitate growth and healing. I also offer the use of art and sandtray to help clients process feelings and experiences that are sometimes beyond words. I seek to validate, support, and draw upon the innate wisdom that children & teens possess to build resources, confidence, and movement toward goals. I hold my clients in the highest regard, and am constantly reminded in my work that young people can be our greatest teachers about ourselves and the world.
