I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people through some of their toughest moments. My journey began with counseling teenagers facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Over time, my focus expanded to working with women navigating stress, relationship struggles, depression, and anxiety. I find that evidence-based modalities and clinical research, coupled with faith principles and my life experience have garnered the most success for my clients. I’ve also deepened my training in processing childhood trauma that often shows up unexpectedly in adult life.
