I know life has been so challenging and you have been dealing with brokenness, hurt, and pain from your past or maybe even your current circumstances. The emotional pain can become so overwhelming that it can consume and takeover daily living. When relationships and daily functioning become affected, it may be an indication that it is time to get help. I know it may seem that things will always be the way that they are now, but I am here to tell you that things can get better and therapy can be the beginning process.
