With over 25 years of experience as an expressive arts educator, and training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Trauma Informed Somatic Psychotherapy and Myofascial Release, my work is evidence-based, integrative, creative and holistic—so you receive care that is tailored to your whole self - body, mind and soul. Together, we will explore your history, present experiences, relationships, and sense of self. We’ll look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns may shape current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you build effective strategies to manage emotions, reduce anxiety and stress, and create a more balanced way of living.
