Hi, I’m Rosie - a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and the growing pains of life transitions. I see therapy as a place to get real, get grounded, and build tools that actually work. Though I no longer see couples, I specialize in helping individuals untangle relationship dynamics - whether it’s a partner, parent, boss, or friend - and show up with more clarity and confidence. I am a therapist for grown-ups who over-think, over-feel, or just need a reset.
