At the core of my work is a belief in the importance of guiding you through the ups and downs of your healing journey, recognizing that healing is not a linear path. I understand that growth and change come with both progress and setbacks, and I’m committed to supporting you through it all. I focus on addressing unresolved trauma, anxiety, and emotional struggles with an approach that nurtures the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I offer services for adults and children, using a mix of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and attachment-based approaches. With a focus on building strong, safe relationships, together we’ll dig into emotions, and navigate relational challenges. For younger clients, I weave in play and art therapy to help them express what words can’t capture.
