Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, passionate about helping people find strength and resilience during life's most challenging moments. I earned my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia and have spent the past five years working closely with adolescents and adults navigating the effects of mental health disorders, trauma, and major life transitions. Whether it's processing a painful past or adapting to unexpected change, I’ve supported clients in building healthier coping skills and improving their daily lives.
