Hello and welcome! We are currently accepting new patients. Dr. Halpern has been fully licensed Ph.D. clinical psychologist for thirty years. His specialty is evaluating individuals who suffer from chronic pain, who need clearance for bariatric surgery, and patients who suffer from ADHD. He has evaluated and treated over thirty thousand patients. He regulary works with over one hundred physicians in order to help their patients with the stress caused by numerous medical impairaments.
