We all sometimes need help navigating the changes in our lives or creating the changes we want to see in our lives. I understand what it feels like to be stuck while juggling many roles and stressors on a daily basis. I am here to provide a holistic and eclectic approach that puts you in the driver’s seat, as I believe that each individual is the expert of their own lives. My goal is to help my people cultivate their relationships with greater confidence and self-awareness. My background as an opera singer, along with my clinical training, gives me a unique vantage point to understand people from many walks of life.
