I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach. I enjoy working with couples and specialize in premarital and marital counseling. I’m certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In addition, I provide individual, family, and group therapy. I’m invested in highlighting a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health guided by the individual needs of the client. I believe within the structure of the therapeutic relationship clients can access their inner strengths and promote change.
