As a transgender therapist specializing in LGBTQIA+, Autism, ADHD, and Trauma, I often see clients struggle with big emotions. But the truth is, the Self isn’t fixed, our identities are beautifully complex. We’re made of many parts, and even the most frustrating emotions are trying, in their own way, to keep us safe.
