Most of my clients were either not sure about therapy, or they had already had a bad experience with therapy in the past. I pride myself on giving a different kind of experience. I’m real, I show up fully, (I tend to swear a lot unless you tell me not to) I will never talk down to you or presume what is best for you. You’re in charge. My job is to listen, give feedback, and help you towards the goals that you set. Making that first call can be nerve-wracking, but that's generally the hardest part.
