My practice is client-led, social justice-oriented, and grounded in radical affirmation, offering warm, collaborative, and person-centered therapy. I work with LGBTQIA2S+, AuDHD and Autistic (specializing in late-diagnosed and self-identifying), chronically ill and disabled folks who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, grief, isolation, medical trauma, and the impact of systemic oppression. Whether you’re exploring your identity, unlearning body shame, processing trauma, or living with chronic illness, this is a space where you are believed, understood, and where you can show up as you are.
