I’m a Latina therapist born and raised in the vibrant Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, passionate about the richness of diverse cultures, identities, and life stories. Many of my clients come to me ready for something different — real, lasting change and a more engaging, holistic approach to healing. They’re looking for someone genuine, empathetic, and warm, who brings a bit of humor and realness into therapy. I also integrate faith and spirituality when it’s meaningful to you — never forced, always invited. I’m a Certified EMDR therapist specializing in trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. My work often focuses on healing from betrayal, affairs, trauma, and substance use, and helping couples rebuild trust and closeness.
