My practice is rooted in empathy and respect, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space for clients to explore what they're experiencing—whether it’s anxiety, depression, career concerns, or life transitions. I work with both teens and adults, and I particularly enjoy helping clients get to the root of their challenges and focus on meaningful, solution-oriented growth. Over the past year—I’ve had the opportunity to work as a therapist with a wide range of clients and deepen my experience in providing compassionate, culturally competent care. Since 2018, I’ve worked as a high school counselor, and it was through that role that I discovered my deep passion for the counseling side of the work.
