I am dedicated to helping children, teenagers, and adults through individual psychotherapy, play therapy, parent coaching, parent-child work, and couples therapy. In my work with children and teens, I integrate playful techniques to create a safe and engaging environment. Play is not just fun-it's a powerful tool for expression and understanding, helping young clients articulate emotions and experiences they might not yet have the words for. With adults, my approach remains insight-driven and reflective. Together, we will explore past experiences and current patterns to gain a deeper understanding of your internal landscape.
