Insightful and compassionate describe me as a therapist. I have over 13 years of experience as a school counselor and 10 years licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in children and adolescent issues, primarily around depression, anxiety, conflictual family issues and low self-esteem that can often lead to low motivation in school, drug use, eating disorders and other maladaptive behaviors. I believe that authenticity and attunement are crucial to healing. As a practiced and engaging counselor, I am able to effectively identify needs and enjoy building connections with youth and families.
