My role is to listen deeply, respond to what you truly need, and help you find your footing so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust. My approach is warm, human, and down-to-earth. Sessions are collaborative and balance compassion with practical support. I work primarily with teens and adults who are ready to engage in therapy and take an active role in their own growth.
