Hello, my name is Roxanne Beaton. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. My approach to therapy is Cognitive behavioral therapy which combines both behavioral and cognitive therapy to help patients understand how their thoughts and beliefs influence their actions and moods. My focus areas of practice are alcohol and drug abuse, abusive behaviors, anger management, mood management, stress management, family issues, grief and loss counseling, infidelity recovery, job-related stressors, life adjustment, marital problems, parenting challenges, self-esteem, and confidence building.
