I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Arizona. I have been in practice for 10 years and have worked with adults who experience a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, thought disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I understand that each of us is much more than a diagnosis or any other label. I work with clients to identify feelings, behaviors, and patterns of thought that have become problematic, and use principles of DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
