I bring openness and honestly into the room along with a bit of humor and straight forwardness. I have extensive experience supporting children and families facing various diagnoses such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and depression. I specialize in working with children navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anger, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My approach is compassionate and individualized, meeting each child where they are to help them build resilience, emotional awareness, and stronger coping skills. Sessions are in-person.
