My therapeutic approach is centered around fostering personal growth and achieving a greater sense of self. I believe that therapy is not a linear, short-term process but rather a transformative journey towards fulfillment. Depending on your needs and preferences, I offer both traditional office/virtual sessions and the option to incorporate equine therapy sessions into your treatment plan. My specialties/certifications include EMDR, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. I am also a yoga teacher, so I like to incorporate mindfulness into treatment. I work with teenagers through adulthood, specializing in young adults.
