Greetings ! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Ottawa University and have been practicing for 10 years. I majored in the treatment of Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation to facilitate adults challenged with post- traumatic stress, anxiety , and depression by teaching them coping skills and healthy alternative approaches to self-defeating behaviors to help improve their quality of life. In the first CBT session with me, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive counseling session as we identify their reasons for seeking therapy and the goals they hope to achieve.
