My name is Roy Mena and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for 11 years in the community with a diverse demographic to provide mental health services from parents and caregivers, employment, couples, families, military (active/veterans), first responders. My goal of services is to provide compassion for the mind as it is important to prioritize “Me”, which is you by providing a safe environment to feel listened to and to begin the process to understand, face, learn and heal. I am currently available through Telehealth.
