My passion is to help individuals and families gain insight to their problems, to unleash their potentials and to reach their ultimate goals in life. I am very well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy as I find it to be the most effective approach for depression, anxiety, and many other disorders. I have devoted my practice to assist individuals and families build healthier and meaningful lives. One of my strengths is to facilitate personal empowerment and building a positive self-esteem.
