I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions—including grief, the peri/postpartum period, and the aftermath of infidelity. I’ve completed Attachment-Focused EMDR Basic Training through the Parnell Institute, which deepens my ability to support healing from relational and developmental wounds.
