Just Being Ourselves Psychotherapeutic Solutions is here to assist you with meeting all of your therapeutic needs. My virtual office provides a safe, non-biased, supportive environment that promotes empowerment and resilience. I offer a variety of services that include mental/behavioral health counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups; consultation services and workshops that focus on stress management, life skills, and diversity & inclusion; medication and case management linkage; and employee assistance programs. I also offer in-home therapy on a case-by-case basis. As a licensed clinical psychotherapist I use a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy that focuses on understanding how untreated/unaddressed issues negatively impact the body’s system. My clinical approaches to wellness are deeply rooted in Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Brief Solution-Focused and Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
