I am passionate about helping people strengthen the relationships that matter most. I work with couples to help develop open communication and deeper intimacy, with families of queer and/or neurodivergent teens to build understanding across differences, and with individuals navigating major life transitions to find confidence and clarity. I offer affirming support for clients that are navigating LGBTQAI+, neurodivergent, kink, or poly relationships. My approach integrates attachment theory, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and neuroscience to provide well-rounded therapy.
