I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with 25 years’ experience providing assessment services and psychotherapy to a wide range of clients with a variety of presenting problems (licensed in California and Oregon). I specialize in conducting individual therapy with clients who are seeking to understand and change entrenched patterns underlying their mental health symptoms, unfulfilling relationships, and poor academic and occupational performance.I As an experienced, curious, empathic, and non-judgmental therapist, I'm able to create a safe environment in which my clients feel heard and valued, and can access and process difficult emotions, gain self-awareness, and acquire and implement the skills necessary attain symptom relief and sustained change.
