We are a group practice with multiple approaches in helping clients recover from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. We have therapist that have worked in a variety of clinical settings where they received specialized training in the following therapeutic practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and more. We are now accepting new clients for therapist with available space, we have a passion for working with individuals, couples, families and groups to improve their quality of life.
