Clients I service struggle deeply with the lasting effects of a traumatic experience, chronic depression, and/or anxiety. I enjoy aiding clients to possess a core desire to heal and reclaim their life. I am Spanish speaking, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as a person of color. My goal is to develop deep and positive connections with my clients as we work through tough times. I believe that anyone can have positive changes with the right support. Together, we can work on coping skills and emotional regulation. You are the leader of your mental health and I aim to empower that feeling.
