As your therapist, my primary focus is to facilitate your healing journey through psychodynamic therapy. I am deeply committed to supporting adolescents and transitional age youth as they rediscover their true selves after enduring the challenges of living with an eating disorder. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have survived childhood trauma including sexual abuse and developmental trauma. I believe the foundation of all our emotional wounds lies in our attachments. Our earliest bonds shape our beliefs about self-worth, our perception of the world and our connection with others.
